Is it really free?

Yes. Everything described here is free, with no message caps and no time limit. A separate Pro plugin is in development; it will be optional, and it will not take anything away from this one.

Is the chat powered by AI?

Today the chat answers from FAQ entries you write (or generate with AI) and from a keyword search of your catalog — fast, predictable and fully local. The optional AI FAQ Generator uses your own OpenAI key to draft those entries. A full AI chatbot that understands shopper intent is coming in Wow Chat Pro.

What will Wow Chat Pro include?

AI chat that understands shopper intent, smarter search and recommendations, and priority support. AI usage will be included in the licence with fair-use limits, so there are no per-message fees. Pro is optional and everything in the free plugin stays free.

Can I use my own OpenAI key for the chat itself?

Not today. The OpenAI key is used only by the AI FAQ Generator to draft FAQ entries. Live AI chat is part of Pro, where AI usage is included.

When does Pro launch, and how much will it cost?
